This policy applies to the website neofugu.care, published by Solutions NEO-FUGU inc., 800 Square-Victoria Street, Suite 3500, Montreal, Quebec H3C 0B4, and to all sign-up forms on this site. It is written in accordance with Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information, Quebec).

1. What information is collected?

When you fill in the sign-up form on this site, we collect:

• your email address;
• the name of your business or workshop;
• your city;
• the profile you select (retailer/jeweller or workshop/watchmaker).

This information is only submitted after you explicitly tick the consent box on the form. No information is collected without a deliberate action on your part.

2. Why is this information collected?

This information is used for one purpose only: to inform you of the official launch of the NEO-FUGU® Care platform, of access dates, and of invitations to public demonstrations. It is never sold, transferred, used for advertising purposes, or shared with a third party, apart from the service providers strictly required to send our communications (e.g. our host's email service).

3. How long is this information kept?

Your information is kept until the official launch of the platform and its associated communication campaign, then deleted — unless you become a NEO-FUGU® Care customer (in which case a separate contractual framework applies) or unless you request its deletion before that point.

4. Visit statistics (no personally identifiable data)

This site uses an analytics tool that we developed and host ourselves (no third-party service, no tracking cookies). We measure the number of visits, time spent on the page, and the referring page. IP addresses are never stored in readable form: each one is immediately transformed by a one-way function (hashing with a daily salt) that makes it possible to distinguish unique visits without making it possible to recover the original IP address or to track a visitor from one day to the next.

5. Your rights

Under the law applicable in Quebec, you may at any time:

• request access to the information we hold about you;
• request its correction if it is inaccurate;
• request its deletion (removal from the sign-up list);
• withdraw your consent for any future communication.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@neofugu.care. We reply within a reasonable time and, at the latest, within the 30 days provided for by law.
